- Just pray that God continues to work the same way we have been seeing him do this year

- Praise God for a stable but growing group, relationships getting deeper and hopefully a more complete understanding of the gospel every day

Llangeinor

- Praise God for the work he has been doing whilst we’ve been away – one guy we hadn’t seen in a while has been going to church

- Praise God for the consistent group of young people we get, pray for more

- Pray that the young people would be saved

Bedwas

- We had a social with the youth on friday, ate lots of pizza. It was really great to catch up with them after Christmas. God really answered prayer, we had good numbers and had some really good chats.

- Praise God for friendships being built between the team and the youth

- Pray that we can deliver the gospel in a really accessible way

- Pray that they would really encounter God personally and be saved

Bargoed

- We’ve not gone up yet so prayer that they will turn up (our last one was not attended by anyone)!

- Prayer that they will recieve the talk(s) well and that they listen properly

- Prayer that we can come back and be renewed with vigour and enthusiasm for them and for the gospel.

- Prayer for good friendships..I feel this is really important- want them to properly know us and get to be close to us, so that they open up more etc.

Tongwynlais
- We started up for the first time on Friday- it was all very exciting- seems like the youth club already running is doing really well so praise God for that

- Pray that we get to know them better, form some friendships with the kids, the pastor & the other youth workers.

- There’s a Soul Survivor trip this summer & so pray that that would be a great opportunity for some of the kids to go along

- Pray that we keep our excitement of starting going-on & that we would be able to share that with the young people despite exams & all that

Abertillery

- We went up last week. We were back down to 4 girls again so you can pray the others come back, especially the guys that came a couple of times coz it would be good to see them again.

- Also pray for energy for us too and that we make time for Revive despite all our work and revision

- Pray that God tells us what to do in the talks this term and that he’d work of course

Grangetown
- Not going back till the end of January so prayer for this terms preparation, for it to be an epic term where God moves in the club and we really grow the relationships with the young people

- Pray for the church, for continued energy and passion, they are doing great things in the community

- For the team, we have exams/looking for jobs over this month so pray for strength and perseverance for us and that God would provide on the job front

- Thank God for the increase in numbers of young people this week

- Pray for the boys who asked about becoming christians 3 weeks ago, that they’d come back and we could disciple them

- Pray that we would be expectant of God doing awesome amazing things and pray that God would do awesome amazing things with our young people

- Pray for Becca being interviewed about her testimony this week as the “God slot” and pray that all the young people would become more interested in God as a result of it

- Pray for the John study that we have started doing with whoever wants to stay after club, that God would really speak through it

- Pray that we would be open to hearing God’s voice and most of all pray that God’s kingdom would come and His will be done in Treorchy

Grangetown

- Last week was good, the new girls on the team really bonded well with the youth

- Still some regulars who are not coming at the moment so prayer they would come back

- We’re taking our time with working through the gospel, doing bitesize chunks, and some weeks it doesn’t feel we’ve covered much so prayer that they are taking it in

- Tuesdays plan is to look at Jesus being radical in what he did and taught, also looking at healing, so prayer that God would really show his power would be amazing

Risca

- This week was great! we’ve been having a stable group for a while, with a tendency to incresase with some new people now and then. We talked about the disciples of jesus and how even they were regular people they were chosen by God. We also had a great time playing fun games

- Pray thanking God for the good numbers we’ve been having. Also ask for a final decision to be made by some of the boys, who are quite close to being saved

Abertillery

- Praise God for our two new team members Mike and Nicki, we pray they’d be able to get stuck in easily and get to know the kids and church and stuff

- Prayer for numbers would be great, we’ve had a varying but always small number of girls so far and though it’s great to be a bit more personal and disciple them a bit it would be good to have more so we don’t outnumber them! Hopefully we’ll be able to go do some assemblies to get some more coming along so please pray for that too

- Please pray for one girl whose been having trouble with friends not talking to her etc, she knows we’re praying so it would be awesome if God could touch her through this

- Pray that God would continue to excite us as a team and inspire us for the talks and make us strong in him and totally reliant on him as we go

Troed-y-Rhiw

- The first 2 weeks have been proper amazing, praise God for answering prayers and bringing such peace to the girls. They have started to ask more questions about Jesus, so pray that we would have the answers, and that they would continue to be interested

- Thank God for our new team members- Rebecca and Beth

- There are still some integration issues with the older girls, and the younger girls, so pray that God could break down the barriers between them

- Huge praise to God for our answered prayers, the girls have so far been much more willing to hear the message, and they’ve definitely been on their best behaviour!

Trevethin

- Still haven’t been able to go up yet, pray for sorting out logistics so we can go up

- Pray for the work Trevolution link up in the school and that there would be opportunities to tell the gospel

- Prayer for salvation as well is always a must

Deri

- Again pray for decisions about teams and changes

- Pray that we can be obedient to God

Llangeinor

- Praise God for the 2 new members to our team and pray that they would feel settled quickly and be welcomed by the kids in Llangeinor

- Thank God that the kids have been coming back, but pray more will return that have been last year

- Praise God for the provision of a car for getting up there and pray that all goes smoothly

- Pray for us as we prepare a sunday service we’re running up there to try to get the kids to church, also pray for continuing relationships with the church there

- Also please pray that we would challenge the kids with the gospel, not just repeat worn-out sentiments

Bedwas

- Thank God for a great week last week, and that Matt settled really well into the group and with the youth

- Pray that flyering would go well this week and that we could sort out the logistics of that

- Pray for some of the youth that now have jobs on a friday night that God would still be stirring their hearts

- We just thank God for the great support we have from the church

- Pray for more people to come and hear the gospel and to get excited about it

- Thank God for an amazing week last week, loads of questions were asked and when they asked us how you actually become a christian and we said you pray, 2 of them asked if they could pray!! Praise God!!

Thank God for all the new young people we’ve had into the club and the success of flyering

- Pray that we would be able to follow up and disciple the guys who were interested in becoming a christian this week

- Pray that they would all enjoy youth club and that God would open their hearts each week as he did this week to hear the talk

- Pray for the new bible study that we’ve started doing with whoever wants to stay after club, that everyone would learn something and be encouraged towards Jesus

- Thank God and pray for our lovely team that Jesus would ALWAYS be our focus and we would always hear and follow God’s guidance

Grangetown

- Praise God for a great first 2 weeks, youth came and God has been at work over summer. 2 girls in the group have changed there lives in response to God this summer, incredible

- Praise God as we now have a full team! Pray that we will grow to know each other well and bond as a team and that our unity would reflect Christ

- Salvation!

Llangeinor

- Praise God for the last 3 weeks we’ve been able to go up, thank him that despite uncertainties with the team He has provided the right people to go up each week

- Praise God that the kids came back, that kids we haven’t seen for a while were there last friday too

- Praise God that we can really see Him at work in one of our girls who became a christian last year

-Pray for our car situation that we’d get transport sorted soon!

Bargoed

- We are doing our first one this Tuesday and so massive prayer that the same kids will come back and that we can quickly settle into our regular Tuesday night

- Prayer that God will really meet people in Bargoed and that the kids are changed!

Risca

- Club is going great! With the youth, we’re three or four studies into the life of Jesus, and next week we’ll be looking at his baptism

- The kids club is also going well, with a slight increase in numbers

- Pray for unity in the youth group, as we have a great gap of maturity, specially with the girls

- Thank God that more boys that are coming. Also one of the boys is quite interested in becoming a Christian

Abertillery

- Please pray for kids to come and bring people along (it would also be great to have some boys we haven’t seen a single one yet!)

- Also please pray for some of the ones that have been coming that we know have made commitments at some point, pray that we’d know how to disciple them and that they’d go deeper and let it impact their everyday lives

- Prayer that each week we’d tell them the gospel and that they’d be open to hear and understand

Deri

- Pray for decisions about teams and changes

- Pray that God would open the right doors and we would be obedient in using them, and that he would shut the wrong ones so tightly that we can’t get through

Troed-y-Rhiw

- Last week was really good, most of the same girls were back, and they were on their best behaviour

- Pray that they would still be good this week as we get back into the teaching

Bedwas

- Last week we had a really good time of just having fun and just re-establishing relationships since the summer

- Pray that we could have an increase in numbers and that we would find an opportunity to flyer

- Also pray for two of the youth who have had a bit of major fall out that doesn’t effect them from both coming to youth and that they could really seek God in that situation

- Also pray that they would really come to youth with ears and hearts open to the gospel

Trevethin

- We haven’t had a proper night yet but we’ve been seeing the guys about the estate quite a lot and they’re loving everyone being up here. So pray that relationships would grow with them and we could reach out to them on a more daily basis instead of just a Monday night

- Thank god for his goodness and for the estate, loving living here and such a privilege to do life with them
